A native of San Diego, Jesse Hodges relocated to Atlanta early in 2012. His real estate career began in 2006 when he developed a love for helping people find their perfect home. In mid 2007, he took on the dual role as partner of a real estate firm while also helping guide other agents through their careers. In 2010 he then became an asset manager for an investment firm that bought properties in bulk throughout the nation from large banks and government entities, where he was able to refine his skills for evaluating properties. In a two-year period, he evaluated over 25,000 properties for bidding and purchase that would either go into a rehab and sale, buy and hold, or gift to charitable organizations. After helping manage over 300 properties in Atlanta from afar, he made the decision to relocate to the south. He acquired his Georgia license in July 2012 and closed his first property in September. Since then, he’s helped all types of buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals, closing on average at least one property a month.
He met his wife Jessie shortly after moving to Atlanta, and they married in October 2014. They bought a home in the Edgewood neighborhood and love living there with their 2 pups, 1 cat, and enjoy explaining that yes, they do share the same name. Want to know more about Jesse? Ask him about hats, San Diego, the experience of relocating, Mexican food, bacon, or real estate of course!
